Business Meeting Dates

Business meetings are held the 2nd Thursday of each month at the EOC (777 Piedra Road / County Road 600). Meetings begin at 7:00PM. The beginning of each quarter will be the official business meeting with the other meetings during the quarter dedicated to training and other matters.

Member Notes

If any members are interested in joining the Management Resource Group or other resource groups, contact Board Chairman, Betsy Cotton and she can pass along your information to the proper personnel. More input equals more ideas in how to deal with emergency situations in our county. Also, if you have been thinking about helping with a general command staff position, contact Drew Petersen, Office of Emergency Management, for more information on the positions and what they do. There are 'jobs' within SAR that don't aways involve 'ground pounding' in the field and I know some of you have reservations about going into the field because of health or medical reasons. We get the job done with everyone working together as a team...that means logistics, operations, planning, communications, etc.
